How the Sportsbook works
Every sim, every team has a projected win total for that sim ("the line"), usually somewhere around 6 out of a typical 12-game sim. It's set from current record, recent history, and (when one exists) that year's preseason predictions to rate how good each team actually is — then that rating is run against the team's real upcoming schedule, game by game, with a small home-field edge, so two teams of equal strength can still get different lines if one's playing a soft home stretch and the other's on the road against contenders.
Bet Over if you think the team wins more than the line, Under if fewer. A win pays even money (double your wager back). If the team lands exactly on the line, that's a push — you get 75% of your wager back, and the house keeps the other 25% as its rake.
You start with 1,000 TBL Chips. Up to 3 open bets per sim, one per team. Once you bet a team, you can't bet that same team again for 3 sims. Minimum bet is 10 chips; the max is 100 chips if your balance is under 1,000, or 10% of your balance if it's 1,000 or more.
Bets settle automatically once the sim they cover actually happens — no need to do anything after placing one.
